* All items that we sell may be returned if unopened and in original
packaging condition within 14 days from the receipt of your order.
You will be refunded for the cost of the product/s only and not the cost of
any shipping and handling charges to and from LowestDeal.com. Return Policy for orders placed during
the months of November and December is extended to 7 days after December
25.
How To Return A Product?
In order
to return a product, make sure that it has not been opened. Opened products
will not be accepted. If you wish to return a product because it is
defective you must call us to get a special authorization and we will
replace the product at no additional charge to you. Ship the product via
UPS or Fedex or DHL.
Using the post office to return your product will cause significant delays.

Defective
Product Return Policy
If you
wish to return a product within 14 days of receipt because it is defective call
or email us to receive return instructions. We will instruct you to either
send the product back to us or give you contact information of the
manufacturer of the product you purchased.
Shipping Information
All items that we carry are in stock unless marked out of stock. Please
allow one to two days to process credit card orders. Please note this does
not include weekends.

- Placing Your First Order
Placing an order is
easy. There's no need to create an account first.
- Finding Items
First you will need
to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword
search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. You will
also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific
searches in the top navigation bar of each store. When you find an
item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see

- Adding Items to Your
Shopping Cart
If you want to order
an item, click the "Order" button on the right side of the
detail page. Use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue
shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart
contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the
contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the
"view/modify cart" icon.
- Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your
Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in
your Shopping Cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will be
taken to the first page of the order form.
- Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order.
- Select a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose
a shipping method. All items that we carry are in stock unless marked
out of stock. The number of days you select is the time it will take
to receive your product. Please note this does not include weekends or
holidays.
- Enter Your Billing Address
Enter the address that you receive your monthly credit card
statements.
- Enter Your Email address
Without a valid
Email address your order cannot be processed. We do not sell or give
out Email addresses nor will we send you any unsolicited email. We
request your Email address in order to contact you in the event we
have any questions regarding your order and to Email you confirmation
that your product has shipped along with a tracking number and an
exact date of expected arrival.
- Enter Credit card
Information
We accept all major
credit cards. Be sure Credit card Type (IE American Express) matches
the number you are using.
- Review and Place Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any
necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the Place Your Order
button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send
you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail
message at the time of shipment.
- Tracking Your Order
Be sure to write
down your order # as it is the easiest way for us to locate your order
should you have any questions. You will automatically be emailed a
tracking number and the carrier that will be shipping your product.
You can track your order online by entering your order number and
Email Address.

site are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your
credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the
Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, and then decoded when it reaches
our destination. We reserve the right to occasionally send emails with
special promotional items. If you receive such an email you have the option
of opting out and will be removed from this list within 24 hours
Cancellation
policy:
Since we try to ship orders right away, cancellations can only be made
within the hour your order was placed. If you would like to make changes to
your order, please cancel the original order (within the hour) and place a
new order. This leaves less room for mistakes on our end.
We do
not ship to Hawaii/Alaska at this time.
APO/FPO
we ship via UPS, we therefore cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses.
